Lisa van der Pool at the Boston Business Journal called up Gilbert and O’Brien LLP, the law firm promising a fat salary of $10k/year in their now famous ad. Oh wait. I misspoke. They didn’t actually promise, they just said that it was what someone should expect to make. It’s strictly an eat-what-you-kill deal.
According to the article, one of the partners said they had received “about 32 applications” and the job opening isn’t closed yet.
