Tami Luhby at CNN/Money returns again to the horrible news that student debt has almost tripled in the last 10 years. And the default rate? We don’t know because about half– I repeat half– aren’t paying their loans because payment is deferred for some reason. Wow! But don’t worry. That half isn’t officially in default. It’s all okay. They’ll get great jobs and pay off the debt because it’s good debt.
